A wonderful and inspiring speech... and pretty darn funny, too!

It was certainly 40 minutes well spent and gave me much food for thought.

Thank you for sharing!

In re. Robyn Lilley's response:

Ma'am, I'm sure your opinions were appreciated by the person who posts this blog, however your justification borders on hypocrisy.

You have the right to say who "sucks" or not, and list the reasons why. I do have a tough time believing you've given presentations, much less three per month. Your apparant lack of grammar and communications skills leads me to believe that you came here to rant and attack an otherwise excellent presentation...this coming from a long time member of Toastmasters.

Rein in your bitterness and your misguided anger...you'll come across more of a professional.

What a presentation! On the edge of my seat the entire time waiting to hear what he would say next.

Apparently some people prefer the dry, boring, monotone presentations of most "typical" presenters. I feel bad for these people who are so stuffy they can't enjoy a presentation while learning from it at the same time.

Great stuff!

Excellent Speech. I met Guy a couple years ago when he was here in Calgary talking. Some of the same stories, and they were just as funny then as now. Guy is a super speaker and an amazing business person.

His speech was not only delivered brilliantly - and he was not reading, he was only keeping on track to his main delivery points as he does alot of adlibbing; as he was on a tight timetable (he mentioned this in the beginning). It was funny, and best of all the information was pure gold. Anyone who is starting a business should listen to what he presented and take it to heart.
Thanks

Paul

I am stunned.
If you wast an oppinion, I of this speaker I am going to give it to you.

"He Sucks" Yes I am surprised you use him as an example of your traing.
Here are my reasons.
He reads from his notes
He gets laughs by puting people down.
He snipes other companies.
His choice of adigitives is crude.
Need I continue. My company would not invite this type of delivery a second time.
Maybe I am a prude, I present at least 3 presentations a month . My audiences woud not toliate this type of presentation.
Srry but you did ask
Regards

Thanks for sharing this clip Ravi.

It was very well worth the time to check this out.

I had never heard of Guy before, but won't soon forget his name. I took some notes and, as a beginning entrepreneur, will incorporate much of the wisdom Guy has shared. I also felt inspired by his very down-to-earth and humour-filled presentation - what a great speaker!!

Again, thank you!

This is one of the best, if not the best, speaches that I ever heard. Very lively, energy-filled, informative, and intersting all throughout. He could keep the whole audience interested till the end.

I would like to have a copy of it so that I could listen to it more.

Ravi, thank you for posting this great speach. Could you pls help me getting a copy of it?

Thanks and regards,
Siva

Good morning Ravi;
What a great way to wake up in the morning - seeing a speaker that can make you laugh while providing valuable information. Thank you so much.

This has also opened my blogging world up to new avenues. Being new in the blog world I am going to look at your site and Guy's site. Learning never ends.

Thank you again.

Dear Ravi
I have not heard any guy laughed when he lost $2billion and yet lived up to tell is tale in a nice fashion. His talk was electrifying and amazing.
Ravi Thanks for bringing such a nice video clip. Please do keep up the good work
with warm regards
